I tried treatments. I followed the advice. I did everything I was told to do.
Some things helped. Most didn't last.
That journey led me to study the body from every angle I could find: bodywork, movement, anatomy, pain science, Pilates, and nervous system regulation.
Today I help people uncover the patterns that may be keeping them stuck so they can move with more freedom, strength, and confidence.
My Story
For 25 years I lived with persistent pain.
Seven car accidents. Three bike accidents. Daily migraines.
I spent years searching for answers and wondering if my body was simply broken.
I was terrified this was how I would feel for the rest of my life.
Then I discovered Coaching The Body.
For the first time, I experienced meaningful change.
Later, Pilates helped me rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in my body.
That journey became the foundation of the work I do today.
Because when you've lived with pain for years, being understood matters.

My Philosophy
Pain is rarely random. It's often the body's attempt to adapt, protect, and communicate..
The body is always adapting.
When we stop chasing symptoms and begin understanding the patterns underneath them, change becomes possible.
